Lincoln confirmed that it will push electric cars based on Ford’s new electric crossover

Galhotra said in an interview: “There are many different ways to make an elegant car. Electric car technology gives us a lot of free space to let us build the cars we want. We will build An ‘elegant’ Lincoln battery electric car.”
He added that Lincoln’s electric car will fully comply with the Lincoln brand’s “low-key and quiet luxury.” However, he did not explain the exact time to market of the car.
Ford is committed to invest $11 billion in the development of the electric car range, and all models, including the Mustang, will be available in hybrid versions. Ford also said in early 2018 that it will launch 16 electric cars in five years, the first of which will be a crossover inspired by the Mustang. Among the 16 electric cars, there will be electric cars from Lincoln.
